  My brother gave his car as per his Comm insure to this workshop for the first time. He just had a tiny dent on the boot and about 6 inch square of paint scratch off on the bumper below it. The receptionist and assessor were quite polite. My brother told me to pick his car (for elderly parents use) yesterday as it was due. I called after noon to know what time I could drive it away. I was informed that it wasn't ready, but I'll be called later in the afternoon if it will be, or will be ready on Saturday. waited all afternoon. I could not take my mother to exercise all 4 work days - but that was understood. Today I called to enquire why I didn't receive call yesterday and I was snubbed by the female. What customer service! when I got her to answer when the car would be ready,the answer was STILL AMBIGUOUS - you will be given a call when its ready! Ridiculous! Id the workman does not know when he will finish the task, he is unprofessional and deliberately lengthening the service at the cost of customer inconvenience. On top of that, a gruff man came to shout on the phone at me. I don't take nonsense from anybody- especially ILL-MANNERED people! I would not recommend them and tell my bro to tell his Comminsure as well.

  Shepards fail with poor customer service and the mechanics have a complete lack of care when dealing with your car. Avoid them at all costs, I also have other friends who have had shocking experiences with this place. Was also bullied and belittled by the manager when I approached them about the damage they did to my car. Complete Car Care = Complete Bullshit.

  Don't really ever write reviews but the service I had at Shepherds Car Care is one that I'll never forget and hence this review! Thank you for taking good care of my car and providing top quality service. Want to say a big thank you to Daniel and the team for looking after my car and doing a great job . For future repairs, I will always come to them!
