  Very dissatisfied when after 4 days of using a brand new Moto c phone, the frame had flexed and shattered the screen. After calling both Motorola and the store I purchased it from, both brands basically told me that I would have to pay for any form of inspection even if it's a manufacturing fault. Good guys Sunbury told me cheap phone, cheap parts. I wanted to trial a Motorola phone to see if I liked the service and set up and will certainly not be using anything Lenovo or Motorola in the near future nor purchasing from the good guys Sunbury. I understand phone screens crack but no screen should shattered due to flex in the plastic frame.

  Hubby and I were served by Onur today. He was awesome. He had great knowledge of the items we looked at, and was also excellent at crunching the right numbers for us. Highly recommended Onur and the Sunbury Good Guys :) :)

  Visited the Sunbury store today to buy a dishwasher. Waited for a few minutes and when no one came to assist me I approached to cashier for help. She called a salesperson to come and assist me, after 10 minutes still waiting now rather impatiently, I left in frustration. You have lost my business for sure.

  Ordered a phone case and paid for it. 10 days later it hasn't been ordered yet. Now 6 weeks later I'm back in the store and they have said it actually wasn't ordered... And the best they can do is give me a refund!

  If you are after pretty much anything you are better off going to the Essendon store - don't have a lot of stock here just a basic range.
