  The staff (reception) however, are incredibly rude. One lady swore at me on the phone. Every time I walk in they are laughing and talking about holidays and cruises and there weekends etc. I get put on hold and forgotten. I rang to ask for results that were in and my dr was going to call me for and the receptionist told me it's not her problem goodbye.

  I was after a solution which wasent a heart attack. Thank you for nothing and a disgusting display of custemer service and assistance. I'm not a regular patient but I'm not interested either.

  Poor poor poor customer service no wonder people ring 000 FIRST even when not 100%necessary.

  Used to come here all the time and never had a bad encounter with any of the reception staff, I always felt welcome and would have a lovely chat with the receptionist.

  Reception after expressing my concerns and poor positikn. Were booked I'll put you on to a nurse. Nurse answerd hello. After my concerns oh were booked out go to Gisborne or somewhere else. So with not feeling well at all the Dr that is 4 mins away sends me to Gisborne 35 mins plus away.

  Now there is different staff and the place has gone downhill drastically. Hearing the staff laughing loud and talking about holidays and cruises they have booked is extremely unprofessional. Also hearing that they are on Facebook whilst working is a joke.

  My doctor is great make me very comfortable but Reception are very rude n seem to have more important things to do then their job. I get it wouldn't the most stress free job n im sure not all the Receptionist are rude but when they act like your bothering them just to call n make a appointment. Sorry your job is to answer the phone n help me book a appointment. Wish i was the only one to have this problem but i know many people who have stopped going to gap family n friends if it wasn't for my doctor I'd have gone somewhere else.
