Sam and his team are amazing and I loved that I felt like I was working with real people that genuinely cared about us and the outcome that we achieved. Salv is hard-working, dedicated and was always on-hand to offer support and guidance. Sam's knowledge, experience and skills are above all others and make him a stand-out agent in Sunbury. He was always on-hand to take my late night calls and texts and worked so hard on auction day and achieved an awesome result that will assist us in the next chapter of our lives! I felt so supported from start to finish with this awesome team, they were always ready to help, advise and support and could not recommend them enough!

  We can't thank Sam, Sarah and the whole team from Barry Plant Sunbury enough for all the hard work they put into the recent sale by auction of our house. From the beginning Sam guided us through the whole process with professionalism and care. He answered all our questions and was available whenever we needed him - even when he was on holidays in Hawaii! Sarah was generous with her time and kept us informed and handled the open houses brilliantly!. The whole sales team, including Salv and Rick, worked tirelessly to entice buyers to our auction. After achieving a brilliant result well beyond our expectations, the rental team, headed by Josie, kicked into action and had us in a rental property within a couple of days. We cannot speak highly enough of the whole Barry Plant team - THANK YOU!

  We have dealt with Barry Plant Sunbury in several capacities in the past five years. We have purchased property through them, have recently sold property with them and their office also manages an investment property for us. In all cases, the service, professionalism and genuine care are second to none. My wife and I had previous dealings with other agencies in the district but we have never looked back since we met the amazing team at Barry Plant Sunbury. They were very responsive, helpful and caring and got a contract signed without fuss or having to go back and forth to drag out negotiations for me to purchase a house that I will be happy to make my home.
