  I never post reviews, but felt I should here. Had a Telstra issue with our modem, and Telstra said to go here, it turns out they gave us the wrong advice, and though the store (and Ryan) had no obligation to help us out, they did, giving us a replacement modem to use in the meantime until Telstra sort us out.

  Took in my broken iPhone 5 and upgraded to a 7 with a new plan thanks to Jonathan and the team. Only negative was he was a Liverpool supporter!

  We went to buy a phone only (no plan). Got home and phone would not accept our sim. We then find out the phone is locked. Calling the people in the shop results in "all our phones are locked" $80 and we'll unlock it. What a joke. Never shopping telstra again.

  I felt some of the staff were a little bit rude. Couldn't help me very well and made me feel like leaving Telstra. Only reason I gave it 2 star is I went back another time with different staff and they were able to fix the same issue and were very kind.
