  Our puppy was extremely unwell and all of the staff at Sunbury All Creatures were amazing. Our vet Louisa went above and beyond to ease our concerns and look after our precious Ziggy. We couldn't be happier with the care given to our pup, and are so happy she is making a speedy recovery.

  The vets and staff are wonderful people. Always willing to listen, suggest and help. I am always happy to take my kitties here, and know they are very professional and will do their very best.

  Friendly and competent staff. But, can get very busy, very fast and during and you can be waiting for 40 minutes to over an hour for your consultation which is very frustrating when you have other responsibilities The lady at the desk says that they're really busy and I understand that but, there's no point addressing a problem without taking the steps to resolve it. I really wish they would hire more people, if they can't cope with the flow of clients.
